Love this gym. April, the trainer, is awesome! She loves her clients and cares about their progress. The gym is well equipped. Work outs are provided with instructions on the exercises.

I emailed April to drop in while I was in town for the week. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly! The gym had everything I needed for my heavy squat day and accessories. So much better than any commercial gym!
